Your personal information should remain that – personal. All collected information is strictly used for processing your purchase and ensuring a safe environment for students.

Cookies and browser data is only used for managing your virtual cart and purchases. No information will ever be shared or sold to a third party.

Patrons name and email may be added to an Artwork Ledger when purchasing art to track ownership of certain pieces. Parents/Guardians who purchase classes may be added to a Mailing List to inform about classes and promotions. These documents are secured and for internal use only.

Students registered for Arts Programs will be required to fill out a Registration Form which includes sensitive information. All information collected is filed securely and never shared or sold to a third party. These documents are for internal use and necessary in case of emergency.

Stripe payment platform is used to securely handle purchasing details. Any customer information shared may be stored on Stripe’s servers for managing payment histories.
