Artists will grow their creative initiative based on their personal interests. They will explore their community and their world through the lens of an artist, learning the principles of art while also building their scientific understandings of their physical world just like an engineer. This studio is for artists with more self direction and abilities to problem solve through their own projects.
Lesson Examples:
– Painting and Observations (Acrylic and Mixed Media)
– Sculpture (Air dry clays and mixed media)
– Art Skills (Drawing, Colours, Perspective, Graphics, and Art Principles)
– Portfolio Building (Preparing for competitive Institutions)
– Developing Creative Initiative (Learn how to start your own projects)
Lessons limited to 6 students per class.
Students may sign up at any time and no prior knowledge is necessary!
Classes require a minimum of 2 students to run and may be be rescheduled in the event of low attendance.
