Description

Therapeutic art making is all about the process of art and finding ways of expressing oneself. Memories and traumas from our past can linger and finding a place to put complicated feelings can be a great challenge. Through the lens of an expressionist we can find ways to safely sit with feelings and express them into our art. Often it is the practice of crafting the art that provides us the room for processing, and works completed along the way give an artist a place to rest the feelings while feeling empowered by their work.

*These workshops may include mature themes resulting in discussion and visual subject matter depicting nudity, sex, personal trauma, and substance use.*
